Requesting Split Orders: Customers may request to split their order by emailing support@wargameportal.com to receive a split order fee adjustment. This allows in-stock items to be shipped immediately, while backordered or pre-ordered items will be dispatched separately as they become available.

Games Workshop Preorders: All Games Workshop preorders adhere to a strict two-week turnaround schedule. These items are not shipped or released before their official Street Release date. Our goal is to have these products arrive on or shortly after the street release to ensure compliance with Games Workshop's policies.

Shipping and Handling Times
UPS (Primary Carrier - No P.O. Boxes Allowed)
- UPS Ground Saver โ 4-6 business days after shipping (economy option, may use USPS for final delivery in some cases).
- UPS Ground โ 3-5 business days after shipping (standard ground service, fully trackable).
- UPS 3 Day Select โ 3 business days after shipping (faster delivery without air shipping costs).
- UPS 2nd Day Air โ 2 business days after shipping (expedited air service).
- UPS Next Day Air โ 1 business day after shipping (overnight express service).
USPS (Only for OCONUS States, Military Bases, and Overseas Territories)
- First-Class Mail โ Varies by location (lightweight mail, no tracking available).
- USPS Ground Advantage โ 5-6 business days after shipping (standard ground service, includes tracking).
- USPS Priority Mail โ 2-4 business days after shipping (faster delivery, includes tracking and limited insurance).
These are estimates for in-stock items only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays. If your order contains backorder or special order items, choosing a faster shipping method will not speed up the time it takes for those items to arrive at our facility.
Carriers are selected based on speed first, then price. Example:
- A customer selects Free Economy Shipping at checkout.
- USPS Ground Advantage costs $9.50 and takes 5-6 days.
- UPS Ground Saver costs $10 and takes 4-5 business days.
- UPS Ground Saver will be used.
All orders are picked, packed, and shipped within 1-3 business days if stock is available. We strive to process shipments as quickly as possible within our normal working schedule.

Route Shipping Protection:
We offer Route Shipping Protection as an optional add-on during checkout, providing coverage for your order against loss, theft, or damageโincluding negligence by the receiver, such as:-
Leaving items in unsafe locations, such as in the rain or exposed to weather.

Failing to retrieve items promptly, leading to theft by passersby.

Without Route Shipping Protection:
If you choose not to add Route Shipping Protection, shipments will not be covered for loss, theft, or damage due to negligence once the carrier has delivered the package. In such cases, we will only be able to provide coverage up to the standard insurance rates offered by the carrier for damage or loss incurred during transit. By not electing this option, you waive the right to any return or damage claims for theft, negligence, during delivery or mishandling after delivery, as you assume full responsibility for your package once it is marked as delivered. If it can be proven the carrier is at fault for damages, or loss we will refund up to the allotted carrier (varies by carrier and shipping service)
Route Shipping Protection allows us to offer more flexibility and peace of mind for your shipments. We highly recommend adding this option at checkout.

No Guarantee on Timing: Please be aware that all shipping times are estimates. While we strive to meet these delivery windows, actual times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience should any delays occur.

Return to Sender: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the item will be restocked, and a refund will be issued in accordance with our standard restocking and return shipping fees. These fees will be waived if it is determined that we are at fault for the return to sender occurring.
